The most powerful and effective way in driving a nation to another level of happiness and prosperity is when the people know what they want and have a goal in mind. If we all have a collective state of the art image of how our Sudan looks like in the near future, then we all are going to work collectively on getting there, automatically without much effort from our side because the force of dreams is already driving us ahead !
We just need to replace our current perception with a better dream. If we keep feeling and thinking the way we already do, then things will remain the same, unchanged.
Therefore, I have decided to dream for Sudan, very positive that one day my dream will come true. I dream like each and everyone of you, but I decided I’m not going to take it for granted this time, I’ll write it down, share it with you and make you realize that we all carry the same love to our home land and we truly want to make it better. For that to happen though, we need to come together, dream together and plan together. It doesn’t matter if you’re a child or a 7aboba! Just tell us what do you wish Sudan would be like, how does it sound and look like how does it feel ?
Let the dreams drive us, not violence, not conflict and hate. Simply put, let’s step back and look at the big picture all together, and point to the goals!
I imagine Sudan with a new capital city in the future, closer to the Red Sea maybe. It will be like the business center of the Arab world and Africa. Khartoum will be the big retired capital that offers nile love and green technology development on a different level. We become the first country in Africa and the middle east that actually receives refugees and gives them home. People, locals and non locals will enjoy the rights of human civilians. Social service employees do their job diligently. Intercity roads and railways built with meticulous care. High speed trains take care of transportation all over the country. So many colors and faces living together in harmony. New cities and beautifully designed towns emerge in every corner of the country. Forest reserves to be taken care of and recreated if possible! Industries on many levels grow and prosper, employment rate goes down 0% – And everything that’s in between.
